Users are solely responsible for all activities, reward issuances, and configurations performed under their respective credentials.

Merchants operating loyalty campaigns through REPEZO agree to maintain high ethical standards. Merchants strictly agree to:

Merchants are solely responsible for setting their stamp requirements, promotional deals, physical materials, and resolving any associated customer inquiries.

Customers participating in merchant loyalty systems agree to use the platform in good faith. Customers agree to:

• 🔸 Access rewards using only their own individual accounts
• 🔸 Refrain from any fraudulent or simulated stamp collections
• 🔸 Respect individual merchant policies and store guidelines
• 🔸 Use the browser-based platform responsibly and fair-mindedly

⚠️ REPEZO reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any customer account found to be involved in fraudulent behavior, system exploitation, or fake check-ins.

REPEZO currently offers tiered subscription programs designed to scale alongside your business growth:

Subscription features vary depending on the plan selected. Paid plans require successful, authorized payment verification before system activation.

REPEZO reserves the right to update subscription pricing, feature distributions, or introductory promotional offers at any time. Pricing changes will not affect active, already-paid subscription terms until their standard renewal period.

Upon registration, merchants receive a unique, high-resolution REPEZO QR code. Merchants agree to be fully responsible for:

• ✔ Displaying and placing the QR code physically inside their store
• ✔ Preventing unauthorized copies or scans outside official store transactions
• ✔ Reporting any corrupted, lost, or compromised QR codes immediately

All generated digital and physical QR codes remain the intellectual property of REPEZO.

To maintain the integrity and security of our ecosystem, users strictly agree NOT to:
